I've used Wyattworks many times and will definitely use them again! Billy came out on Christmas Eve morning and was right on time, pleasant and happy to put up with my over friendly beagle, Baxter. He came out to replace some corroded on/off valves in my basement that on a previous visit for a different problem, I think Benjamin let me know would eventually need attention. After looking at them, Billy explained the up and down sides of tackling them when they weren't all leaking yet, the fact that at least one would require removing some duct work to get to it and the cost of replacing them all at once, he advised me to just take care of the necessary replacement and hold off on the others for now. He also explained what to do if one did start leaking badly so that I would not turn it into a serious problem. I always appreciate the honesty of everyone who works for this company, the willingness to take the time to explain what is happening and how to deal with it and, of course, the excellent work that they do. Once they leave, I have never had any residual problems or need to have them come back again to "fix" the repair that they have taken care of. I am extremely happy I discovered Wyattworks a few years ago and never hesitate to call them when I have a plumbing issue that needs attention.
