I had failed my emissions test and went to Casey to see what needed to be fixed so that my car would pass. Imagine my surprise and delight in finding an honest, trustworthy auto repair shop. They took the time to help find the problem and then went the extra mile in going to another Casey’s to get the part. I had to go back because something else appeared wrong and when I showed the form to Mike he told me to jump on the highway and then come back and they would check it. I passed my test when I went back to the Emission Testing facility. There weren’t any hidden fees or b.s. just honesty and integrity something that is rare indeed in this industry. I have told everyone I know that if they want great customer service at a fair price then Casey Automotive is the place is the to go. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Casey.
