Review content:
Dale Beckett was dispatched to our home to check on our water heater which had stopped delivering hot water. He examined the situation and then took time to explain what was happening with the water heater. He discovered the initial problem was with the circuit breaker tripping and then found a bigger problem with the water heater elements which were bad and needed to be replaced.
He also found an unrelated problem with the sump pump slowly pumping water from the drainage water heater. He cleared the construction debris left by the builder and explained in great detail what the problem was in layman’s terms. He went over and above the initial problem - no hot water!
Thank you, Dave, for an excellent job!
