Had a plumbing issue that needed prompt attention on a Saturday. Called in the morning and within 4 hrs. of my call plumbers Danny and Lee had come out, examined and corrected the problem, which fortunately turned out to be very minor. They were very helpful, gave us some suggestions for preventive maintenance too. Also very helpful were the Appleton Campbell ladies in the office I spoke with on the phone--wish I'd remembered to get their names! Not only did they arrange a prompt same-day service call, they also called me 20 mins. before the plumbers arrived to let me know the projected arrival time--much appreciated! Have used Appleton Campbell in the past and will do so in the future. They're a good company!
