Luis Sanchez was assigned to complete a furnace tuneup. He was a very friendly and personable serviceman! He explained everything he was doing and encouraged to ask more questions. When he completed the job, he ask what he could do to make the service call better. I was very impressed with Mr. Sanchez and his professionalism. I answered his question by stating the visit was efficient and you could not get any better, because you are the best.
