Review content:
We have been using waste connections for almost 2 years now. Everything was fine the first year, we prepaid for a whole year and everything was smooth sailing. The hiccups started when our one year contract ran out. They have repeatedly tried to force us to sign a 3 year contract. We refuse, one of our jobs puts us in a position where we may need to move again. We don't mind paying monthly, or quarterly. However, I do mind that they stopped mailing statements and started emailing them without my consent. I do not use my email on a regular basis, most of it is junk and spam. I have e-mailed them about this issue and asked that they contact me, I have received no response. My request was 4 months ago. I just paid our most recent bill that was due, last week and while looking for another email saw that they sent a notice that we owe money and it is due immediately, no explanation as to why. What a terribly run company. We will be switching soon.
