Review content:
I never received a bill from the ambulance service. I never received a bill from anyone!! Until I get a call from a rude lady saying I owe and its in collections. Turns out the original bill was sent to the wrong address in another town. I was even told that had someone sent back the bill it could have been fixed. Once turned over to collections, I still got no paperwork, they too had the wrong address, Now, I'm getting a rude phone call. Give me a bill and I will gladly pay it!!! Even the original place for the bill, AMB, said they made a mistake but there is nothing they can do now. But now I get a rude person calling me, that's just wrong. I get that some don't pay their bills and you have to be rude to get the money. But not everyone. This isn't even my fault, they sent the original bill to the wrong town and address. I did call Northwest and they will send me a bill. (We hope) Add this to another thing that is not right in the world. I would like to see some accountability when they get it wrong and not the customer.
