i did try to use legacy but he was too booked. he still took the time to consult with me though and basically told me the process of what i needed to do in order to complete my home addition. didn't charge me a dime but i can tell you everyone else i talked to wouldn't even give me the time of day if i didn't want to fork over money to them upfront. i just wanted to basically say thanks because legacy didn't have to do anything for me. instead they took the time to help me out. i should say their help still saved me several thousand in consulting fees to from other local companies. literally. it did. very apparent to me that brian knows what he is doing over there and his staff is great too. i hope i do get to work with them at some point. really. it would be an honor and every single person i talk to has nothing but good things to say about legacy too. refreshing to know there's still good companies out there!
