I had my gutters cleaned yesterday by Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Inc. I had a complaint about the work done. First off, when they called me after I sent the Angie’s list inquiry, Will had my address and quoted me $80 and mentioned both garage and home, they said it’s a small house (which it is). Will said they would clean the gutters and bag the debris and leave it clean. When I called back to confirm the gentlemen that answered then changed it to $80 for the house and $20 for the garage. I let it go, since it wasn’t that big of a price difference. Then, when the worker arrived, he failed to bag up the debris and left it on my grass. My mother called me to tell me, since she was the one onsite, so I asked to speak to him. I told him that Will at the firm had said he would bag up the debris and at least trash it or something. He then claimed it’s just dirt and will go back in the ground and refused to pick it up. Even when I said, if it’s dirt, I have a dirt hole in the back yard, put the “dirt” there but he just handed the phone to my mom. When I arrived home, I could not believe what he left. See Photos. This was my first time using Angie’s list and I’m just so disappointed at their employee’s apparent laziness and inability to clean up the debris he pulled out of the gutters. Once they charged my cc (before i arrived to see the mess), Will would not answer calls or return voicemail left. I had to write an long email and not even an apology. Only reply was "we will get back out there today to clean that up."
