Waited 5 days to come out .Window was by 2.They showed up at 6:25 then tried to hard sell new unit .
RESPONSE FROM Curtis Total Service:
This customer called on the 6th (friday) we were booked up but offered the following Tuesday the 10th. After the tech looked at the unit he found it low on refrigerant and not in very good shape. We offered to do a leak search to find the problem, versus replacement. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our solutions to your problem. Thanks.
