It'll be a year in October that I've been using Award Self Storage and I am very happy with them. They're very good! First of all, they are very professional and extremely helpful in all my dealings with them. They are very informative. Their pricing is very competitive; it's an extremely good deal. They're flexible and accommodating. They are looking for another storage area for me, and they call me back in a timely manner. I just have no complaints. I had a problem and they were very patient with me throughout the process and every staff member I have dealt with are courteous and friendly. They're just good people and doing a good job. I'll continue with them probably for another year, but in the future if I need a similar service, I'll go back to them again.
