First, Tom insisted we go over the work we requested, what he would to do comply and what was accomplished. He clearly demonstrated that he was most concerned with completing the work correctly and to our satisfaction. And, he likely saved us money because he was able to repair the hardware we had and not replace any unnecessary parts. He was adamant about controlling the cost.
