I had the privilege of interning at The Retirement Group and it was quite a pleasure as it was a learning experience. The strategies and worth ethic they implement to execute each and every plan taught me qualities I will carry on for a lifetime. While interning under Lance Pearce, Raymond Gin, and Helmut Garcia, I quickly realized the intricacies to retirement planning such as learning/understanding the complex company plans and the benefits it offers, but more importantly, the mistakes to avoid. The most challenging part was taking complex terms and verbally explain it in a simplistic manner. Everything from pensions plans to health care plans, Lance Pearce, Raymond Gin, and Helmut Garcia can educate you on. I appreciate the opportunity I had at The Retirement Group and I would highly encourage anyone that is looking for an opportunity to excel and challenge yourself.
