If I had the choice of giving zero Stars I would! The gentleman towed my car within 10 minutes of me being gone from my car. There were at least 20 to 30 cars parked in the same area but because we have a 2017 nice car I guess he towed ours because he knew we would pay. When I saw the man I begged him to please not tow our car because our one-year-old had just been released from the hospital. She had a 10 hour open heart surgery....of course he did not care. On top of everything else the front of the car is now completely damaged! When I called to speak to the gentleman he was upset because my husband was rude to him and when I tried to have a conversation with him he hung up on me and did not answer my calls. This place is horrible and should be considered as thieves! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will also be posting this horrible incident on all of the social media sites that I can!
