Sierra LLC understood our need for a technician to come to our home quickly. Set an appointment for 2 hours later. The staff on the phone was great. Our technician, Greg, arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by helping us understand our situation and our options. He answered every question I had. He made our stressful situation one that we could work through and feel confident in the decision we made for the repair of our system.The price seemed fair and competitive and there were no surprises. While he did say our system may need to be replaced in the near future, he was not overly aggressive about it. He was transparent during each step of the process which helped me feel at ease. He was extremely respectful, friendly, and professional. Greg is our HVAC tech from now on and I think I'd like to invite him to Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Greg!
