give wrong box. Is even a BROKEN remanufactured box. Hate to say this, but .... Indifferent and flippant and just plain out don't care about customer service. They have their job security, so why bother with us paying customers. Drove all the way out there. Kept asking questions about box, and all told repeatedly was "READ the instructions in the box." (hahha--and the box was cracked, did not even go to my tv.) They were all in a rush to "Get rid of the customer"--not respond or even look customer in the eye and talk. I drove there to expedite a fast repair. WAS MY MISTAKE.
