Review content:
Bell satisfactorily replaced a leaky line to my hot water heater but I was charged way too much $639 for a job which took less than an hour. When I called the office to complain the charge had already been put on my crisis card which I gave for the sole purpose of a $49 service call and they were not willing to either negotiate a lower charge or justify the high charge. They simply said its a flat rate and I had no re course since it had already been put on my credit card. I further got a written estimate for the same job from a reputable plumbing company for $349 almost $300 lower! I view all of this as an unethical business practice and would not recommend this company which at one time was very good and fair!
