I had Sierra come out today and this was the best and honest service anyone could ask for.
I had signed up at Costco for an Air Conditioner Tune-Up for $55. Cory the Technician arrived on schedule and promptly went to work. The unit is 13 years old and he was very honest with us and did not to try and sell us anything we didn't need. The freon level was good, all the other items he checked were also in good shape and he was very up front with us. The only thing he found were a couple loose screws.
We will definitely use them again in the future.
