I have a house that I'm renting out, so I call Youngbergs One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning whenever it needs work done. They have nice, friendly people in the office, and I can usually get them out there any time I want them to, or the next day. I don't really interact with the techs that come to the house, but they're polite over the phone. They call me when they're heading out, they call when they get there, and when they look at the job, to tell me what the situation is, and what the price will be. That way, I can go ahead and have them fix it, or not. Although they haven't gone out there much, I've been using them for about 2-3 years, and I am very happy with them.
