Review content:
Ethan, who was one of our original installers for our two Carrier systems, was our tech today who gave our two HVAC systems their Spring maintenance. He is to be commended, as he waited patiently while I was running late for the appointment. Both systems are less than 2 years old, so the visit was routine. Ethan is very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to my HVAC tales and answered all of my questions. I was happy to see him again. Appleton Campbell is stellar in customer service and rapport with their customers. I will continue to use them as my HVAC company. If and when I need additional service such as plumbing or electrical, I would hire them for this as well. I have recommended them to everyone I know.
