I called for help after regular hours. I have never used O'Brien Service and the response was very positive. I was treated like I was a long time customer of theirs and the issues with my HVAC and thermostat were important. Josh responded promptly and took the time to check the entire unit. He gave me a lot of helpful information and what the problems were. He got me up and running. Very informative and professional. This is the best service and I will continue to do business with O'Brien thanks to Josh. I could go on but since it's all excellent with no downside, I'll end with the prices were very reasonable for the exceptional service.
