Our experience with Copper Cottage has been fine. They've been doing work for us for 25 years, so there's a lot of work they've done, including installing a boiler, repairing leaking pipes, and things like that. While it's easy to make an appointment, the biggest thing is that they are really, really busy so you have to wait a little while for your turn. But if it's a big emergency, they'll get someone out right away. They've treated us well over the years but, in business, things don't always go the way you plan. They are good about letting us know what's going on and giving us options we can work with.
We've run into some issues with this last job installing the water heater, and it wasn't easy for anyone, but they've been very good about solving the problem. It was challenging, and they spent a lot of time and tinkering in getting the water heater to work the way it was supposed to. They are good because if the job isn't right, they will stick with it until they get it right--and they've done well that way.
