I'm not sure where to even begin. I received Angelica's name from a friend about 10 years ago. She has helped me break some negative patterns in my family, taught me how to take care and love myself in order to be there for my children and others. I'm no longer lost, I look forward to what is yet to come. I feel I have a purpose and for the first time I feel deserving of being happy and content. When a parent is able to break the cycle, it trickles down to the children and eventually their families! I love watching my grown up kids and seeing, that they have a different outlook then before and that there isn't a repeat of what they saw when they grew up. I am so proud of the family we are today and I could not have done it on my own. Traditional therapy does not work for everyone, especially when you can't pinpoint the issues you have. Sometimes you need a different kind of help to get inside yourself and start fixing things. Many of our childhood experiences are buried so deep that it's hard to get to, yet they affect us every single day!
I'm grateful I found Angelica and I trust her 100%.
