These guys are great. We have an older house with a construction that made for a difficult job. Brett helped us really understand the overall project and terms. Mike used his considerable experience to analyze and recommend what the best and what the acceptable options would be for us to add air conditioning. We went with Mike's option for best performance and comfort, which also involved moving our current furnace and replacing all ductwork. Then the installer team showed up and went to work. My goodness, they knew their stuff! We truly appreciate all the hard work they did during the day. It was a 4 day job, and when they left each evening our home was cleaned up so well there was no trace they had even been there. Mario was team lead, and he had Marcos & Lucas for the entire rework and installation. All three kept us informed about what was happening during the day, explaining so well we had no questions at all. Andrew & Rafael were also there for the first day with Mike to get the whole ball rolling. And now it's complete, we are simply amazed at how much our comfort level has increased. They did a difficult job extremely well and kept all agreements we made at the start of the project. We're totally pleased!!
