Review content:
1. After 30 years, had to replace outside faucet with frost proof faucet, which failed due to cold solder joint. Guy came out and put some kind of fitting on joint which failed with the first long freeze. Another guy came out, restored the fitting and advised that I install a cut off valve inside the house which made sense. So, 3 trips to get this point.
2. Installed inside shut off valve... took 20 minutes and cost $250 after senior discount.
3. Needed new pressure regulator, they quoted about $100 more than other plumbers that I spoke to. All of them top rated by BBB.
Affordable - not.
