My furnace was failing to fire and Dusty's determination and experience got me going again. His initial diagnosis was pointing to a failed part, but his diligence and experience caused him to check a small hose that water blocking the required vacuum. Once cleared we both were relieved to hear the furnace kick on and problem solved.
In addition to this call I must add that Roman is very thorough in his check ups, the previous company that installed the furnace never checked the items Roman claimed are normal and routine. And finally Nick has been here on 2 occasions and his attention to detail and knowledge leave me with confidence it was done right. In short Air Solutions is the only Solution!
