I called Jr Bolten on friday evening and spoke with Al we told him the issue and he said he thought he knew what the problem was and scheduled a appointment the next morning. He called me to let me know he was on his and showed up on time. He was very nice and had the issue figured out quickly. He explained the issue and the cost and then he made the repair . I appreciate the fact that he was so courteous and helpful in explaining everything to me and that they he came after hours. I will be calling him back for the yearly checks on the system and any other issue that may arise.
