Eric H. proved to be an honest & knowledgeable professional who was interested in finding the root cause for the failure of my heating unit (10 yr. old high efficiency heater). Another repair service concluded that the "Heat Exchange" (major repair/replace cost) was the issue. Eric concluded that not to be the case but was unable to determine the cause (the unit did not exhibit the failure during the 45 min. evaluation). What I was most impressed at is that Eric did not try to sell me on "potential fixes".
