If you are looking for a fresh start, keep looking. This park does not care about its residents and they cannot wait to sell you home from under you. They do not disclose all their rules and policies when you buy a home and they tell you what you want to hear just so they can sell you a home. There is no safety patrol, people drive way too fast, maintenance only half fixes issues within the park and if you are two weeks behind on rent, they file eviction paperwork. Which was not disclosed at signing so if you get paid every two weeks like us, do not miss a payment because you will lose your home. And they make a profit off of people being evicted because they will sell it for more once they kick you out. Its a scheme.
