I want to compliment Mike on the excellent service he provided. He was professional, efficient and well informed.
The one issue I have concerns the cost. Even with our discount the cost was above $1900. I checked online prices for Trident pressure tanks. The most expensive I could find which was larger than our replacement tank was less than $800. To charge at least $1100 more than the cost of the tank seems excessive.
I have heard all the platitudes about standing by your work, etc., etc. and I know we could always have someone else do the work. But, that begs the question of whether your prices are excessive.
