They should have a zero or -5 stars. Our furnace wouldn't start one morning in the middle of winter. We called Out today. They sent a technician, hid did a small diagnostic then he told me that I need to change the control circuit. He asked for 1000$ to replace the control circuit. I did not believe him. He told me he has 30 years of experience and he knows what he is doing.
I searched for the control circuit on the web and the most expansive was around 100$. So they wanted to charge 1000$ for a 100$ part.
The I checked again the furnace I did my own diagnostic and I found that the pressure sensor did not work (thanks youtube). I ordered the sensor for 45$, replaced it and now all good.
