Xavier came to my home to replace a defective thermostat.I was very impressed with his respectful manners and how meticulous and detailed he was checking my system and explaining clearly everything I asked. He was very enthusiastic about his work and gave me a lot of important information about other products available to improve the quality of the indoor air in my home. He explained well how the UV germicidal lamps work and how it can help my daughter with her allergies.Im glad ARS has such a fine technician.
