Review content:
My daughters recently traded in their subaru at Carr and got a used Jeep from them. They have only driven it 200 miles when the trans. light came on. Now Carr says that the warranty that they bought isn't good until 30 days after purchase, but the warranty says 24,000 miles. The miles start when you take the car off the lot, but the warranty doesn't start until 30 days after? They weren't told this upfront. After they complained they were told it was in the contract. They tried to take the car back after 2 days, but they refused them. Anybody have any suggestions? They can't afford to pay for thousands of $'s in repairs. I'm thinking they're screwing with them because they are young females.
