John H. is the most thorough and competent technician we have ever had. He found the cause of a problem causing a musty smell from the vents that I had been asking techs about for the last year or so. I was impressed with his technical knowledge as well as his personality and dedication to his job. The 5-star rating is all for him. I would not give the Scheduling Dept this rating! Unfortunately, I cannot commend the office staff at this time because of scheduling issues and their lack of communication with me. I wasted an entire day waiting for them to arrive. This is not the first time that we have had scheduling problems.
