Christian Brothers wants a rating? OK. I have a leak from roof to kitchen ceiling....somewhere. Called Christian Brothers and they told me they'd check the A/C and attic. Five minutes on the roof and 5 minutes telling me he can't find the leak. Didn't bother checking the attic to be thorough, but charged me $69.95 for 10 minutes of his time. Said to make an appt with their plumber. I called, and was told by Amanda that the Plumber will be by around noonish or an hour or so around there. He called after 5PM. Then called again 10 minutes later leaving a message that I had 10 minutes to call or he was cancelling my service call. I wasn't home. He was supposed to be there at the most, 5 hours ago. Now no one has called me back to follow up and I get this in my email to rate them. Merry Christmas Christian Brothers. Enjoy my money. You way deserve it for a wonderful 10 minutes or so of your time telling me nothing I didn't already know and for Brian, the Plumber to be so charming.
