Service personnel were on time and nice. First hot water heater purchased was too big, so had to wait on exchange. Company personnel kept calling serviceman saying he had to leave my job for another day because of other "More important" jobs. Service personnel left once because of this and later returned. Because of the above, they were at my home for nearly 7 hours. Replacement cost was way too expensive at $1,800+. I saw a Rheem 38 gal electric hot water heater at Home Depot for just under $400 and its size would have fit instead of the 30 gal that was installed. I nearly run out of hot water when showering and taking a bath is out of the question as there is not enough hot water to fill the tub sufficiently to bath. 5 - 6 inches of bath able temperature. Will not use this company again.
