My garage opener started working on and off, so I called Lynn who was wonderful when it came to booking appointments. It took three tries to finally pinpoint the issue (in the motor) and not in the wiring or remotes as I had suspected. Tim was prompt, professional, and consulted colleagues when the opener still acted up. That, of course, was when it was always raining!
