I am so thankful for my time here. It was a God-send. I needed a reprieve, a place to rest and recover from daily stresses and cumulative grief and trauma. I'm grateful God led me to the Center. Each counselor offered something unique and different to groups. I learned so much and am hopeful I will return to my life equipped to be in it different than how I left. I don't feel as powerless. Ive regained the awareness of choice and how to meet my own needs responsibly and healthily. The East coast needs The Center!!!
