If I could give them negative stars, I would! This is a TERRIBLE business. I ordered flowers online for my daughter-in-law and thought I was ordering from a local florist. They were never delivered the day they were supposed to. When I called, they only offered me $4.79 as a refund. They WOULD NOT let me talk to a manager. They said they would deliver them two days later. Guess what? Two days later they never came. If I don't get my money completely refunded, I will be reporting them. I couldn't be angrier!!! DO NOT USE this company. I question if they really exist.
