Review content:
Our laundry room was flooded with water in the middle of the night. Our HOA sent Scott English Plumbing to help us find the leak. William Curtis showed up promptly in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After almost two hours of the effort, William finally found the problem. It's the slab leak behind the water heater at our main water line(coming in from the garage). William explained the problem in details and answered many other plumbing questions from us. We learned a lot from him!! He recommended us to install a water softener to prevent the water mineral damage to our pipes that I think it's a great idea. I really appreciate he came in the midnight with a smile. Thank you, William!!
