If you’re looking for upscale without pomp, this is it. Located near downtown Bellevue, Seastar has a clean modern look, valet service and everything else you would want from place where you could take business partners. It is also nice for a date, although not for a date of either the romantic or the casual kind. They serve mostly seafood, and it is excellent, especially the sesame crusted salmon (or whatever other fish). Save room for dessert. The prices are commesurate with the atmosphere, food and service, so don’t go here on a budget.
