I specifically explained that I needed deliver by Tuesday. The clerk (who seemed very stressed with her daughter there), explained my options, I paid and left, assuming my request was fulfilled. An hour later, she called to say she had made a mistake and would need to upcharge. Of course I did not approve and suggested that, since it was her error, they should cover this mistake. She adamantly objected.
