Adam and Canady's Precision Air was a pleasure to have in my home. I was due for a seasonal
service at the beginning of the heating season and was contacted by Canady's to schedule an appointment. They scheduled a time of my liking and followed up with a reminder the day before and 2 calls the day of service. One call was to confirm it was still acceptable and another by Adam to tell me he was on his way. Upon arrival Adam looked and sounded professional and explained what he was going to do and if I had any questions. I had everything answered and he got right to work taking care of the system. When he was done inside he serviced the outside unit and completed the tuneup quickly and thoroughly. After he was done he came in and explained his findings and recommendations thoroughly and professionally. I feel confident in my system and will always use Canady's in the future due to the pleasant experience I had with Adam. Thank you.
