Review content:
With all the dentists that you can choose from I would avoid going to Family Dental Care of Medina. If you like staff that is rude and inconsiderate of your time then by all means go there. It is not unusual to wait for over an hour and a half for your appt then to wait again for services. In addition while I was in the middle of on-going treatment my appt was cancelled twice by the office as the dentist "was sick." All they care about is collecting their money and offer no friendly customer service. I had to have an existing crown removed due to a cavity which meant I had to have the crown replaced. Unfortunately the crown was less than 5 yrs old so my insurance would not cover the replacement. I asked the staff to file an appeal due to the cavity and they said they would but in reality they never did. There was also no kindness when dealing with the elderly. I took my 85 yr old mother there as she had a dental emergency and she was self pay and they totally ignored her as if she did not matter and wanted to discuss her care and charges with myself. They should have half the smarts she has at her age at their young ages. I have since left and have gone to a dentist that offers on-time appts, explanations when he is doing the work and kindness and consideration by the staff.
