My mower has been with Empire Seed for over two months for repairs. No one has called about the mower and the many times I have called the man I spoke to has been very evasive about their actions. He claims that the carburetor has been rebuilt twice and a new one was ordered over two weeks ago and it has not arrived.
I asked the cost to replace the tires and after four inquiries, he has not proved any information.
The man tells me they are behind and they are doing the best they can, but I cannot understand why one would rebuild a carburetor twice and how an order can take over two weeks for delivery.
He seemed quite offended when I told him I would be there this weekend to pick up my mower. Unfortunately, I do not think the mechanics can fix the mower and doubt they are trained or certified.
