Review content:
Mark Crooks came to my house to look at my HVAC system. 2hrsvof my valuable time. He was supposed to send me a HVACquote for 16SEER with 3different systems.
No info. I emailed him a week later. No response.
I called AMAZING and the staff was supposed to let him know and get the requested information.
Now a month later, still no customer service and I am a Comfort club member. I am looking into taking my business elsewhere, where my business and time is valued.
