Rescue Rooter did a comprehensive job. They showed me how my sewer was failing because of tree roots and suggested permanent fix for the problem which if left alone would have cost me over $25,000. to fix when the sewer line collapsed. Andy Donoso the field man did an excellent job of showing and explaining everything. He is very professional and made me feel secure in making a large decision. If it wasn't for Andy and Rescur Rooter I would have had a serious problem in the next few years. The job was done quickly and cleaned up as if nothing had been dug up. I couldn't believe how through the team was. I will use them anytime I have a plumbing problem. This all happened late on a Sunday night and they came out and stayed until the sewer was flowing. I appreciate the 24/7 hours his company keeps. Thank you for a job well done.
