My wife and I have been using Dial ONE Shilling Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for at least five years, now. They have wonderful customer service, and have been consistently reliable, as a company. They're incredibly friendly, and my wife and I are on a first name basis with them, now. I use them at both of my houses, and really appreciate the quality of service that they offer. They're communicative, and make suggestions, but always leave the final decision up to us. I appreciate their work and the effort they put into customer service. Very satisfied with this company!
