I was happy with my therapist, but it's not all that "Heather R." describes. I felt uncomfortable because everyone was kind of snooty. The "package" I bought was supposed to be a great value... but afterward, I think I really got ripped off. I think they charge a lot because they think they can get away with it. Anyway, the worst part was the owner: she's so unfriendly and doesn't care how your treatment goes. From what I understand, she's terrible to work for... she just pays well. When I tried to speak with her, she looked right through me, gave me a cold smile and walked away. Don't get me wrong, the girls that work for her are amazing... it's just not the greatest atmosphere in the world... and unfortunately, for the prices the owner charges, it wasn't worth it to me.
