I had an issue with my garage door opening part way. I contacted a company whose truck I had seen in my development and got a quote but I thought the quote was somewhat high. I then realized I that I had Craftsman equipment so I called Sears. The technicians were professional and had a great deal of knowledge about the product. They actually arrived ahead of time and gave me a price that was slightly lower than the first company that I chose. Oh, and did I say that they arrived ahead of the scheduled time; well for me, this was a good thing.
